We have received a new grant from the Joseph & Vera Long Foundation, through California Waterfowl Association and the Wildlife Conservation Board.  The purpose of the grant is to support the California Central Valley Reforestation: Accelerating Riparian Carbon Sequestration.  The grant amount is $806,363.00 to restore 100 acres on the Preserve.  Currently, plants are being grown out and irrigation infrastructure is being installed. This project is scheduled to be completed in June 2024.
